返品・交換ポリシー
深大トートの返品・交換・キャンセルの取扱いを以下のとおり定めます。本サイトでの通信販売（予約販売）と、店頭・対面販売の両方に適用され、本ポリシーは特定商取引法に基づく表記の一部を構成します。
| 不良品・誤品 | 商品に初期不良・破損・誤品があった場合は、当社の負担で交換または返金します。お気づきの時点で、購入を確認できるレシート等とともにお問い合わせください。 |

| 予約販売のキャンセル（発送前） | 発送前であれば、理由を問わず全額返金します。inquiries@treehd.co.jp までご注文時のお名前とメールアドレスをお知らせください。カードへの返金は Stripe を通じて行います（反映まで数日かかることがあります）。 |
| 通信販売でのお客様都合の返品（発送後） | 未使用の商品に限り、商品到着後8日以内にメールでご連絡のうえお受けします。返送料はお客様のご負担です。名入れ（姓の刻印等）を施した商品、使用済みの商品はお受けできません。 |
| 対面販売での対応 | 店頭・ポップアップでご購入の商品は、その場または当該ポップアップ会期中の店頭にて交換・ご返金に対応します。会期終了後は、上記メールよりご連絡ください。 |
| 返金の方法 | 原則として元のお支払い方法へ返金します。クレジットカードでお支払いの場合は Stripe を通じてカードへ返金します（カード情報は当社では保持しません）。現金でお支払いの場合は店頭にてご返金します。 |
通信販売の返品特約（購入画面にも表示）
発送前のキャンセル＝全額返金／発送後のお客様都合による返品＝未使用の商品に限り、到着後8日以内・返送料お客様負担／名入れ後・使用済み＝返品不可／不良品・破損・誤品＝当社負担で交換または返金。

Returns, exchanges and cancellations for the Jindai Tote, sold by pre-order on this site and in person. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipping. After shipping, returns for the customer's own reasons are accepted only unused, within 8 days of arrival, return postage at the customer's cost; personalised and used items are non-returnable. Defective, damaged, or wrong items are exchanged or refunded at our cost. Customer-convenience returns are accepted only if unused and unopened; used/opened items and made-to-order, personalized, or used goods are non-returnable. For pop-up purchases we handle exchanges/refunds on the spot or at the pop-up during its run; afterward, contact inquiries@treehd.co.jp. Refunds are issued to the original method: to the card via Stripe (we do not store card data) or in cash for cash purchases. When DTC mail-order launches, the mail-order return terms will be shown on the purchase screen; if not displayed there, the statutory 8-day return (return shipping at the customer's cost) applies under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
